DCS Senior Sales Specialist MGI Tech Co., MGI), a subsidiary of BGI Group, is committed to enabling effective and affordable healthcare solutions for all. Based on its proprietary technology, MGI produces sequencing devices, equipment, consumables, and reagents to support life science research, medicine, and healthcare. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales plans, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and market conditions. Identify, qualify, and manage new business opportunities in academic research institutions, core facilities and relevant targeted customer segment. Lead complex sales cycles, from opportunity identification through negotiation and successful close. Provide consultative sales support by deeply understanding customer workflows in single-cell, multi-omics, and spatial applications. Participate in conferences, trade shows, and customer workshops to promote product portfolio awareness and strengthen brand presence. Maintain accurate records of opportunities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Build long-term customer relationships through routine visits, pipeline management, and post-sales support coordination. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Molecular Biology, Genomics, Biotechnology, or related field); 5+ years of life science sales experience, with at least 2–3 years selling NGS, single-cell, spatial, or multi-omics products. Strong technical understanding of sequencing workflows, including single-cell, spatial transcriptomics, library prep, and data-analysis considerations. Proven ability to work independently, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and manage a complex sales cycle. Working language is English, additional language is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
