We’re a global team of 150+ engineers, designers, marketers, and operators with experience at Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, N26, TIER, and WeWork. United by a shared mission : to empower creators to grow across platforms and markets by centralizing their content, sales, and operations into a single connected ecosystem. We’re looking for a Head of Demand Generation to design and scale our acquisition engine to drive qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth. We need a scrappy, strategic operator who can scale demand gen from the ground up - building a repeatable growth engine that blends ABM, outbound programs, digital, content, and events. You’ll partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Brand to create measurable pipeline impact. Build ABM programs targeting decision makers in key verticals. Scale digital performance marketing : Partner with Sales to align MQL ➜ SQL ➜ Opportunity progression; Comfortable rolling up sleeves (building campaigns, optimizing ads, writing copy) while scaling a team. Ability to balance strategic planning and scrappy execution. Attractive compensation package commensurate with experience and skills.
