As a Payroll Supervisor at Auxadi, you will play a crucial role in optimizing payroll processes through the integration and use of advanced technologies. You will review the work of trainees and assistants, monitor deliverables, and guarantee high standards by meticulously reviewing workpapers, provisions, and documentation. Payroll Processing: Supervise end-to-end payroll processing including data entry, calculation of salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions. Ensure accuracy in compliance with Spanish labor laws and regulations. Review and approve payroll transactions, addressing any discrepancies. Compliance: Stay informed about changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements affecting payroll. Ensure compliance with reporting obligations, tax filings, and adherence to salary and hour laws. Implement and update payroll policies and procedures in line with local regulatory changes.
