Your missionSupport payroll processing in our payroll system under supervision of global payroll specialists Accurately enter data and process salary changes into payroll system Assist in verifying payroll calculations and reports to ensure accuracy Prepare payment files and accounting documents following established procedures Support communication with clients, tax authorities, social insurance institutions, and pension funds Handle basic HR administrative tasks for various clients under guidance Learn and apply global payroll processes and best practices Participate in payroll process improvement initiative.Your profileDiploma or bachelor's degree in HR-Payroll, Accounting, Finance or related qualification 1-3 years of working experience in payroll, HR administration, or accounting with strong interest in payroll Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) Exposure to or willingness to learn international HR or payroll systems, experience with Swiss payroll nice to have Good English skills (minimum B2 level) and ideally French or German Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational skills and ability to follow processes Ability to work with deadlines and prioritize daily tasks Willingness to learn and adapt to different client requirements Team player with positive attitudeWhat do we offerPermanent full-time contract Hybrid working model (1 day of remote/week) International and young environment Comprehensive onboarding and training program Individual mentoring by experienced payroll specialists Regular coaching and feedback Clear development path toward global payroll specialist role Opportunity to gain exposure to multi-country payroll operations Quickly develop practical skills working with diverse clientsInclusion and Diversity At Forvis Mazars we are committed to guaranteeing that in our recruitment processes no person will be discriminated against for reasons of gender, age, ethnicity or nationality, religious convictions, or sexual orientation.
