Desde Paul Marlex, colaboramos con una empresa tecnológica referente, ubicada en el área metropolitana de Barcelona (zona Vallès), que se encuentra en un momento de crecimiento y transformación organizativa. Para reforzar su área de Personas, buscamos incorporar un/a People Strategy & Analytics. ¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa? Diseñar, liderar y consolidar el modelo de People Analytics, definiendo KPIs clave de RRHH y transformando los datos en insights accionables para la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Tendrás un papel clave en la evolución del modelo de evaluación del desempeño, el análisis de resultados y el acompañamiento a managers. Además, impulsarás planes de desarrollo y formación basados en datos, identificando talento y potencial, y participando en proyectos de transformación organizativa. ¿Qué necesitamos de ti? Experiencia de 3–5 años en roles de RRHH con fuerte orientación analítica. Experiencia en People Analytics, evaluación del desempeño, desarrollo y formación. Visión estratégica, orientación a datos y capacidad de influencia. Manejo de herramientas de RRHH, Excel avanzado y herramientas de visualización de datos. Formación en Psicología, RRLL, ADE, Data Analytics o similar. ¿Qué te podemos ofrecer? Horario flexible y jornada intensiva los viernes y en verano.
