Learning and Development Program Manager

The Team: The award-winning Learning and Leadership Development organization focuses on leading the strategy to develop a learning culture, design, develop and deliver growth and development programs for our Celonauts and leaders, and ensure a positive learner experience across our platforms, programs and opportunities to ensure that our teams are delivering the best results for Celonis. We are looking for a working student who is passionate about everything learning and leadership development to join our team and contribute to our success. The Role: As our L&D Specialist and Program Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of learning programs—from needs analysis and design to delivery and evaluation. You’ll work cross-functionally with SMEs, leadership, and external partners to craft and implement scalable, engaging learning initiatives that develop skills, enhance performance, and support cultural and business transformation. The work you’ll do: Partner with HR, People Ops, business units, and senior leadership to identify critical skill gaps and learning opportunities Define program objectives aligned with organizational goals and learning frameworks Design and develop multimodal learning solutions—e‑learning, instructor-led, blended—that follow industry best practices Collaborate with SMEs, internal partner teams, and external resources to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and engagement Develop and maintain learning materials, resources, and online content. Create participant guides, facilitator manuals, etc. Facilitate training sessions and webinars; train-the-trainer if needed Act as project/program manager: develop roadmaps, timelines, KPIs, budgets, resource plans, and report to leadership Collect and analyze evaluation data to measure effectiveness and iterate The qualifications you need: Experience: 3–7 years in L&D, instructional design, or training roles. Program or project management experience essential Certifications (Preferred): CPTD, ATD, PMP, CIPD, or equivalent credentials Technical Proficiency: Experience with LMS systems (e.g. SAP LMS), authoring tools (e‑learning platforms), and analysis/reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet) Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, written/verbal communication, analytical thinking, and project leadership .
