Property Listings for Rentals Identify and secure exclusive luxury properties for rentals in Barcelona's most desirable areas. Negotiate mediation agreements with property owners. Collect and verify all necessary property documentation for listings. Cultivate and maintain relationships with property owners, providing ongoing advisory and ensuring proactive, high-quality communication. Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure each property is promoted with high-quality visual and written content, maximizing exposure and occupancy. Conduct property visits with prospective clients, showcasing each property's premium features. CRM and Database Management Keep the CRM updated with client requirements and market trends, maintaining a personal client database aligned with company standards: track occupancy rates, client feedback, and property performance for strategic insights. Proven experience in the real estate sector, ideally in luxury rentals and Barcelona's market. Strong business acumen in real estate, legal, and financial processes related to rentals. Proficient in English and Spanish, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
