Descripción del empleo Experiencia profesional: Profesional Junior con 2 años de experiencia en implementación de ServiceNow en diferentes proyectos de cliente, con contacto y/o participación en desarrollos e implementaciones. Se valorará positivamente quien tenga conocimiento de metodología AGILE. Se valorará positivamente haber tenido contacto con alguna/s de las principales actividades descritas a continuación: Gestión del mantenimiento: Análisis de mejoras, evaluación, seguimiento y coordinación de las actividades de mantenimiento y evolutivos de ServiceNow con los diferentes actores implicados en los procesos de gestión sobre ServiceNow. Gestión de los cambios y pasos a producción: Gestión de los cambios, validación de entregables técnicos y funcionales, supervisión del estado de la Plataforma ServiceNow y herramientas de Gestión de Servicios TI en coordinación con los proveedores y gestores de servicios y procesos. Pruebas y validación funcional: Diseño y ejecución de pruebas de usuario para nuevas funcionalidades. Validación de cambios en entornos pre-productivos y productivos. Coordinación de pruebas con usuarios clave y responsables de negocio. Documentación técnica y funcional: Mantenimiento actualizado de la documentación técnica de la plataforma. Elaboración de manuales de usuario, guías de configuración y procedimientos operativos. Control de versiones y almacenamiento centralizado de documentación. Administración y configuración de ServiceNow. Resolución de incidencias y peticiones y mantenimiento de datos en la CMDB. Habilidades técnicas y certificaciones requeridas Certification – ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM – IT Service Management. Certification – ServiceNow: Certified System Administrator. Deseable CAD. Metodologías Metodología ITIL, Now Create, Agile, Rest, SAFe – Scaled Agile Framework. Idiomas Español, inglés.
