El puesto de formador es la base de nuestro éxito como organización. Los formadores son los responsables de dar el mejor servicio y crear una experiencia del cliente única en nuestras tiendas. Son los responsables de interactuar y conectar con nuestros clientes, de compartir información importante sobre los productos y de transmitir los auténticos valores de nuestra comunidad y cultura.

Experiencia del cliente
- Interaccionar con los clientes para garantizar que disfrutan de una experiencia gratificante.
- Evaluar las necesidades de los clientes para que hagan sus compras y devoluciones de forma práctica y personalizada.
- Ofrecer información técnica sobre el producto que destaque su valor y sus beneficios.
- Generar transacciones rápidas y específicas que permitan al cliente disfrutar de una experiencia sencilla e integral.
- Moverse constantemente por la tienda para interactuar con los clientes y atender cualquier necesidad que tengan.
- Gestionar los comentarios de los clientes y colaborar con el equipo directivo de la tienda.
- Contribuir a crear un ambiente respetuoso e inclusivo que acoja y valore las diferencias.
- Fomentar el espíritu solidario y constructivo entre todos los miembros del equipo.
- Colaborar con los miembros del equipo para garantizar que disfrutan de una experiencia atractiva.
- Gestionar la presentación de los productos según las normas de la empresa.
- Utilizar la tecnología disponible en la tienda para las operaciones.
- Realizar labores de limpieza siempre que sea necesario durante el turno de trabajo.
- Conocer y cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos en materia de seguridad para el personal.

Criterios de selección
- Debe estar legalmente autorizado para trabajar en el país en el que se encuentra la tienda.
- Debe tener al menos 18 años.
- Debe disponer de documentos que certifiquen su derecho a trabajar.
- Debe tener disponibilidad para desplazarse a la tienda asignada.
- Tener disponibilidad para trabajar en un horario flexible.
- Tener disposición para trabajar en un entorno con mucha iluminación y música a un volumen alto.
- Tener disposición para moverse por la tienda de forma activa durante el turno.
- Tener disposición para mover cajas que pesen hasta 13,6 kg.
- Tener disposición para trabajar como parte de un equipo pero también, a veces, de forma independiente.
- Educación: Tener un título de bachillerato, diploma de educación secundaria, o equivalente.

Job Summary:
The Educator role is the foundation of our success as an organization. Educators are experts in creating world-class customer service, or guest experience, in our retail stores. They are responsible for engaging and connecting with our guests, sharing top-quality product education, and speaking authentically about our community and culture.
Key Responsibilities of the Job
Guest (i.e., Customer) Experience
- Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
- Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
- Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
- Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience.
- Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with guests.
- Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership.
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
- Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience.
- Perform product presentation tasks according to company standards.
- Use in-store technology to support store operations.
- Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift.
- Understand and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws.

Eligibility
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have proof of the Right to Work.
- Must have the ability to travel to assigned store.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
- Willing to move through a store for most of a shift.
- Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
- Willing to work as part of a team and also complete some work independently.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
