B2B Digital Sales Specialist (Spanish & English) – Hybrid | Sofia We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Spanish and strong cold calling experience to join an international, tech-driven sales team based in Sofia. This is a full-time hybrid position (office + remote) in a dynamic digital advertising environment, offering stability, career growth, and relocation support. Your Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage B2B leads Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies Build and manage a strong sales pipeline Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets Requirements Native-level Spanish (mandatory) Fluent English Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable Strong communication skills and results-driven mindset What We Offer Full-time contract , Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00) Hybrid role based in Sofia Gross monthly salary: 3,267 BGN Quarterly performance bonus up to 2,000 BGN International working environment and long-term career opportunities Relocation support , including: Help finding accommodation Flight tickets 10 days or more of apartment paid by the company Possibility of first salary advance if needed Fully furnished apartments of minimum 60 sqm available from approx. 200 € / month Start Date 12 January 2026 Apply For more information or to apply:WhatsApp:
