This role is located in the Strategy & Planning Department, which is in charge of the OKR implementation in a group of companies Our department helps over 4,000 people navigate the planning and execution process every quarter, opening 1,000+ quarter goals, tracking their execution, and submitting the results. This volume of work requires respective tools, automation, and reporting, as well as a person who will take ownership and make it great. We use JIRA as our OKR platform. You would be our ideal candidate if you  are a mature person with a high sense of ownership  care about your customers can work autonomously, drive, and direct your work stream are highly organized  are tech-savvy  care about UI / UX  care about proper solution architecture Responsibilities Tooling Own and maintain the OKR tools (JIRA) for a group of companies Build self-service tools for teams to track, update, and report OKRs Work with IT to ensure secure and scalable systems Support the training and onboarding of internal teams on tools Maintain tool documentation Reporting Develop real-time dashboards for department-level tracking Enable executive reporting and alignment views Automation Design and implement automation workflows to reduce manual work Implement reminders and alerts to drive quarterly compliance Automate data collection and result aggregation Feedback Gather and address stakeholder feedback Job Requirements Qualifications JIRA Administration Project management  Experience with reporting tools Clear communication appropriate for the audience level Advanced written and spoken English is required Nice to have Familiarity with OKR methodology and strategy execution frameworks Experience in high-scale environments people) Experience with AI tools integration Experience in igaming / betting Behavior We develop the following behavior characteristics in ourselves and we would like to see the same in our newcomers: Be transparent, positive, open, friendly, and ready to help Good sense of ownership, be proactive Be quick and reliable Maintain a high quality of work results Tolerance to changes Bold moves start here.
