We move fast, aim high, and hold ourselves to the standards of Apple, Spotify, and MasterClass.Your MissionAs our Learning Experience Designer, you’ll bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to craft experiences that make people say: “This didn’t just teach me, it changed me.”Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Experience Architecture – Own the full learning system, from architecture to executionDesign the journey, not just the content and lessonScript learning experiences that engage both heart and brain: each word, exercise, and soundscape must serve transformationEnsure every feature supports the evolution of the Paradox ecosystem: Loops, PX Agents, Protocols, MembershipCraft a premium, high‑impact course experienceCo‑craft new courses with experts and top performersOwn the end‑to‑end design of the course, from strategy to content deliveryScript, copywrite, and create educational assets (modules, assessments, prompts, supplemental materials)Conduct desk and user research to inform course goals, learner personas, and curriculum structureCraft AI conversations and loops: write and optimize prompt chains, refine tone and flow, and iterate until each exchange feels human and transformativeAnalyze, measure, and iterate for transformation and stickiness; define KPIs not just for completion, but for lasting changeBe obsessed with user problems: talk to users weekly, analyse patterns, and identify where transformation breaksApply principles from habit formation, self‑determination theory, and behavioral triggers to drive daily practice and retentionThe Ideal CandidateExperience3–6 years as Learning Designer, Instructional Designer, or Experience Designer in EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational EducationShipped at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end and can show measurable resultsComfortable with AI tools and FigmaProven track record of designing and delivering digital learning experiences across video, articles, assessments, interactive experiences, etc.Portfolio of one or more cinematic / narrative‑rich courses or learning programs (not just corporate training)TraitsCraft‑obsessed: doer mentality, bias for outcomesStrong writing skills and editorial mindsetStrong aesthetic sensibilityUser‑ and impact‑obsessed, focusing on transformationCritical thinker: turn vague problem into clear hypothesis and challenge assumptionsDigital and AI savvy; can build AI agents or demonstrate the ability to learnLanguageFrench: nativeEnglish: fluent, comfortable conversation with English‑speaking colleaguesWritten communication in EnglishIT MIGHT NOT BE FOR YOURequires deep emotional design, iterative line‑rewriting; not suitable for those who prefer spreadsheet optimisation or need clarity before chaos.
