McCann Worldgroup is seeking a Sr Art Director to help in the task of executing digital advertising materials that are consistent with the agreed strategy and work closely with the team to come up with the best possible creative solutions for that job.What You Will Do Work as part of the digital team, being in charge of producing bold, strategic and persuasive products in digital media for our clients and complies with quality standards for the teamWork productively and harmoniously as a teammate with Copywriters who share the responsibility on the given assignment, collaborating with Copywriters in concepting and ideation.Updates recommendations based on any client comments and shares approved recommendations with all departments.Meets with project management to review work in progress and selects desired conceptsHave a passion for current and future digital technology and advertisingUtilize knowledge of the target audience's behaviours to optimize assets in terms of design, tone, and brand codes to resonate with audiences effectively.Who You Will Be To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable previous relevant experiences and skills with the following:Key Skills We expect a creative, enthusiastic and independent profile with a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital in a similar role within advertising agency, PR agency or Digital agency.Art education in advertising design and conceptual thinking is preferred.Portfolio is required to demonstrate creative and technical skills.Demonstrated judgment and imagination for the creation and arrangement of the visual elements of an advertisement.Experience with online content (websites, email, interactive tools, search).Comfortable presenting to clients.Experience with Responsive design is a plus.Organized self starter who can work on multiple projects simultaneouslyPassionate Team player that can also work independently and efficientlyMcCann helps brands build the most meaningful brand platforms that drive exponential growth and leave a lasting impact on culture.
