Responsabilidades principales: Participar en el equipo digital, liderando la creación de productos estratégicos, audaces y persuasivos que cumplan con estándares de calidad. Colaborar productivamente con Copywriters para idear conceptos y propuestas creativas. Actualizar recomendaciones tras comentarios de clientes y compartirlas con los departamentos involucrados. Revisar avances con la gestión de proyectos y seleccionar conceptos deseados. Demostrar pasión por tecnologías y publicidad digital actuales y futuras. Optimizar assets según comportamiento del público objetivo, ajustando diseño, tono y códigos de marca para máxima efectividad. Perfil Requerido Para tener éxito, el candidato debe poseer experiencia y habilidades demostrables en: Perfil creativo, entusiasta y autónomo con al menos 5 años de experiencia en publicidad digital en agencias de publicidad, PR o agencias digitales. Formación en publicidad, diseño y pensamiento conceptual es preferida. Portafolio que demuestre habilidades creativas y técnicas. Juicio e imaginación para la creación y disposición de elementos visuales en anuncios. Experiencia en contenido online (web, email, herramientas interactivas, búsqueda). Confianza para presentar ante clientes. Experiencia en diseño responsivo es valorada. Capacidad organizativa para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
