Risk Specialist (Disaster Risk Reduction) – NTU InternationalNTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility for the Philippines – Procurement of Technical Assistance to the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines.” In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short‑term, on‑demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start June 2026).
