Specialists in Disaster Risk Reduction (Cat. I, Cat. II, Cat. III)

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility for the Philippines – Procurement of Technical Assistance to the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines.”

In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start June 2026). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Philippines.

Requirements:

- Education: Degree in disaster management, environmental sciences, or related fields
- General professional experience: Experience in DRR or resilience-building initiatives
- Specific professional experience: Risk assessment, preparedness, climate and disaster resilience
- Language: English is mandatory
