We value the innovation, creativity, passion and personality of each team member; we want everyone to be and feel who they really are.What’s the internship?As Reservation & Revenue in training, you will provide guests with accurate information about rates, availability and hotel services, managing and confirming their reservations to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience throughout the process. In addition, you will learn how to maximise hotel revenue through data analysis and price management. You will develop a global view of the market, demand and guest behaviour.Your day-to-dayProviding customer service by telephone or emailResponding to enquiries about hotel services, amenities, the surrounding area and other general informationAssisting guests with special requestsMaintaining records of reservations and cancellationsMonitoring daily online prices to ensure they are in line with the pricing strategyMonitor market developments and the competitionRegularly monitor the competition, keep up to date with the local market and trends in the main source marketsCreate and update the events calendar, recognising the importance of these events.What we need from you?Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related fieldMust be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable.Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service.What To Expect From UsRoom for professional growth in one of the largest hospitality companies.Training programmes and access to IHG’s training tool.Uniform service.Meals whilst on duty.Cool work environment and lots of funDon't quite meet every single requirement, but still believe you'd be a great fit for the job?
