As a Reservation & Revenue training intern, you will provide guests with accurate information about rates, availability, and hotel services, manage and confirm reservations to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience. You will also learn how to maximize hotel revenue through data analysis and price management, developing a global view of the market, demand, and guest behavior. Responsibilities Provide customer service by telephone or email. Respond to enquiries about hotel services, amenities, surrounding area, and general information. Assist guests with special requests. Maintain records of reservations and cancellations. Monitor daily online prices to ensure they align with the pricing strategy. Monitor market developments and competition, keeping up to date with local market and main source markets. Create and update the events calendar, recognising the importance of these events. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field. Fluent in local language and English; additional languages are highly valuable. Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team‑worker, and passionate about service. What to expect from us Room for professional growth in one of the largest hospitality companies.
