Overview Technical Assistant to Planning Director – PowerCo Spain We are launching a cell manufacturing facility in Valencia. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of sustainable energy. As the Technical Assistant of the Planning Department, report directly to the Planning Director and coordinate strategic and operational matters within the Planning Department, including PMO, Communication, IT, Legal Compliance & Risk Management. Provide strategic guidance by conducting analysis, gathering data, and offering insights to aid decision-making; assist in prioritizing tasks, projects, and goals, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately. Convey instructions from the Planning Director to the first line and relevant departments, coordinating the first line of the Planning Director. Collaborate with the Planning team in developing and executing the organization\'s strategic plan, monitor progress, identify issues, facilitate resolution, and recommend improvements for teamwork. Act as Planning Director representative in meetings and communicate the Planning Director\'s vision and expectations to stakeholders. engage in area-specific or inter-area projects. Prepare reports, performance metrics, benchmarks, and other information formats for decision-making; manage ramp-up and budget planning; coordinate interns within Planning areas. Assist in meeting planning, visitor reception, and business trips. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering. ~1 year in Finance or productive area role with experience in strategic planning and project coordination. ~ Fluent in English.
