ResponsibilitiesGlobal Banking and Advisory (GLBA) combines a recognized wholesale coverage with world‑class product, financing and advisory expertise within one team, enabling us to best support our clients.The analyst will be working alongside senior team members towards the origination and execution of structured finance transactions (e.g. project/asset finance) booked within SG CIB.Your Main ResponsibilitiesDraft credit applications and facilitate the approval process in collaboration with internal SG Group stakeholders involved in the fileReview and negotiate legal documentation with the assistance of the legal departmentClosing process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersMonitoring the evolution of transactions including the update of credit filesMonitor compliance with conditions in coordination with internal servicesIn case of contractual changes, accompany structural changes and contractual negotiations in liaison with key external and internal stakeholders in order to maintain the quality of the transactionA questionnaire will be provided to you in order to check your VIE (Société Générale and Business France) eligibility. For an efficient analysis of your application, please make sure to truthfully answer all the questions.Please note that it is mandatory to provide us a formal proof of your M2 diploma validation before the assignment start date.
