The analyst will be working alongside senior team members towards the origination and execution of structured finance transactions (e.g. project/asset finance) booked within SG CIB. Your Main Responsibilities Draft credit applications and facilitate the approval process in collaboration with internal SG Group stakeholders involved in the file Review and negotiate legal documentation with the assistance of the legal department Closing process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Monitoring the evolution of transactions including the update of credit files Monitor compliance with conditions in coordination with internal services In case of contractual changes, accompany structural changes and contractual negotiations in liaison with key external and internal stakeholders in order to maintain the quality of the transaction A questionnaire will be provided to you in order to check your VIE (Société Générale and Business France) eligibility.
