El Field Service Engineer presta un servicio científico/técnico a los sistemas y soluciones instalados en cliente, garantizando la mayor eficiencia y eficacia en cada una de las actividades asignadas: Instalaciones, mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo, evolutivo y modificaciones. Asegura que el servicio prestado genera ventaja competitiva, convirtiéndose en el elemento diferencial de la propuesta de valor de Roche y consiguiendo niveles óptimos de satisfacción del cliente. Your Main Responsabilities Alcanzar y mantener un nivel de operatividad excelente en todas las soluciones asignadas (que incluyen instrumentos, reactivos y software) mediante una correcta ejecución de los procedimientos previstos para mantenimientos preventivos, correctivos, evolutivos, instalaciones y modificaciones, capacitando a los usuarios en el manejo y uso de los analizadores. Establecer y mantener un excelente nivel de comunicación, seguimiento y colaboración proactiva con el Cliente, informando de las actualizaciones de los reactivos y controles de calidad e implementar nuevos protocolos. Reportar la actividad en CRM de las actividades realizadas de forma remota o in situ, garantizando a su vez la correcta documentación de las características técnicas de la instalación en cliente y su actualización cuando se requiera y según los estándares de calidad de reporte definidos por la Organización. Trabajar estrechamente con el Área Comercial para abordar las necesidades de los clientes y respaldar las ventas de soluciones y ofertas de servicio. Who You Are Ubicación: Valencia Formación Académica: Grado en Ingeniería Técnica o Superior, Textil, Electrónica, Mecánica, Bioingeniería o campos relacionados. Experiencia previa en soporte de campo. Conocimiento de diagnóstico en sistemas electrónicos, mecánicos, hidráulicos y fluhídricos. Resolución de problemas de hardware y software. Manejo de herramientas de medición y diagnóstico. Habilidades avanzadas en IT, incluyendo configuración de hardware/software y gestión de redes. Bases y conocimientos de biología y preferentemente sistemas de diagnóstico y productos del área de suero será altamente valorable. Nivel fluido de español e inglés.
