Key Lead – Abercrombie & Fitch Co. Abercrombie & Fitch Co. Job Description The Key Lead ensures all customers receive a high‑quality in‑store experience by acting as the floor supervisor. The role provides coaching to brand representatives and stock associates, drives daily sales performance, and supports the store leadership team. What You’ll Do Deliver product knowledge and maintain strong brand awareness. Apply business understanding to optimize store performance. Exhibit proactive thinking and attention to detail. Operate register/point‑of‑sale systems. Maintain asset protection and visual displays. Use system skills to support store operations. Schedule: 20–25 hours per week, with required availability on weekends and certain holidays; hours may increase during peak times. Availability Work at least 20–25 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and selected holidays. Peak periods may require additional hours. Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D. (preferred). Minimum 1 year of retail experience (preferred). Customer‑focused mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of fashion trends.
