The company offers a variety of brands and is committed to fostering a workplace that values creativity, diversity, and customer experience.Job DescriptionThe Key Lead ensures all customers receive a high‑quality in‑store experience by acting as the floor supervisor. The role provides coaching to brand representatives and stock associates, drives daily sales performance, and supports the store leadership team.What You’ll DoDeliver product knowledge and maintain strong brand awareness.Apply business understanding to optimize store performance.Exhibit proactive thinking and attention to detail.Operate register/point‑of‑sale systems.Maintain asset protection and visual displays.Use system skills to support store operations.Schedule: 20–25 hours per week, with required availability on weekends and certain holidays; hours may increase during peak times.AvailabilityWork at least 20–25 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and selected holidays. Peak periods may require additional hours.QualificationsHigh school diploma or G.E.D.
