About the Role Join our Customer Insights team at Dow Jones, where we drive the understanding of markets, customers, and products from research to testing. Reporting to the VP of Customer Insights, you will focus on Consumer and B2B units, including The Wall Street Journal, Factiva, MarketWatch, and Risk & Compliance.
