Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of internal and outsourced projects from initiation to operations transition Monitor execution, establish governance, and manage risks and issues effectively Ensure optimal use of resources and project management tools and practices Deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives Support enterprise IT portfolio management through standards, training, and analytics Provide transparent reporting and ensure complete project documentation Own project status, risks, and issues, reporting to governance bodies with clear actions Ensure compliance with security and regulatory policies within project scope Collaborate across teams, domains, and strategic suppliers to ensure project success Support strategic planning and drive implementation with senior leadership Essential Requirements University degree in informatics, computer science, business, or equivalent professional experience Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP, Agile, Waterfall /Scrum, or PRINCE2 is preferred Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project interdependencies Experience working in regulated environments with strong focus on quality and compliance Familiarity with clinical development systems, processes, and tools is desirable Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project conditions Experience with internal budgeting, planning, and project tracking tools used at Novartis Desirable Requirements Experience delivering GxP-compliant solutions within clinical IT and operational technology environments Knowledge of finance tools for budgeting, planning, and execution tracking Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.
