Reporting to our Cardiometabolic Medical Affairs Director you will facilitate the in‑field execution of the Medical Affairs strategy to position Novo Nordisk as the preferred partner in Diabetes and Obesity for Health Care Professionals. Implement continuous dialogues with his/her team to enable constant growth and evolution and promote a high‑performance mindset. The Field Medical Affairs team within the Medical Affairs Department at Novo Nordisk Spain is dedicated to advancing the company’s mission of improving the lives of people with chronic diseases by providing healthcare professionals with the latest scientific information and insights on Novo Nordisk’s innovative therapies. They engage with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers to enhance understanding and facilitate discussions that lead to better patient management and health outcomes. Bachelors degree in Health Sciences Solid experience in the Medical Affairs function within a pharmaceutical company, ideally with experience in roles close to the medical field force. Previous people management experience is required for this role, as well as strong experience driving cross‑functional projects and initiatives with demonstrated success in collaboration and functional leadership. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English. Candidates should also excel in stakeholder management at very different levels.
