Sr Manager Medical Affairs Field - South region Then join us as Sr Manager Medical Affairs Field and make an impact on the lives of millions Reporting to the Cardiometabolic Medical Affairs Director, you will facilitate the in‑field execution of the Medical Affairs strategy to position Novo Nordisk as the preferred partner in Diabetes and Obesity for Health Care Professionals. Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences. Solid experience in the Medical Affairs function within a pharmaceutical company, ideally with experience in roles close to the medical field force. Previous people management experience is required for this role, as well as strong experience driving cross‑functional projects and initiatives with demonstrated success in the collaboration and functional leadership. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
