BettingJobs is working with a well established multi‑vertical iGaming group seeking to expand their fully remote team with an experienced Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Manager. This role has a strong reference for those based in Cyprus. This role is critical in ensuring our group of companies operates with the correct licences and regulatory approvals across multiple verticals, including online gambling, payments, crypto assets, and B2B gaming solutions. Core Duties License Acquisition & Management Lead and manage end‑to‑end license applications across sectors (Payments, Crypto, iGaming, B2B). Liaise directly with regulatory bodies and government authorities globally. Maintain a licensing calendar, ensuring all licences are renewed, updated, and in good standing. Strategic Regulatory Planning Assess regulatory environments and guide the group’s expansion strategy into new jurisdictions. Provide risk assessments and recommendations based on licensing requirements and constraints. Build and maintain strong relationships with licensing authorities, government agencies, and industry stakeholders. Internal Coordination & Advisory Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure the licensing strategy aligns with business goals. Advise business leaders on regulatory implications of new products, services, or market entries. Compliance & Documentation Ensure documentation, policies, and systems required by licensing authorities are developed and maintained. Support audit processes and respond to information requests from authorities. Qualifications Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in a licensing/regulatory role in the Fintech or Crypto industries. Experience working in the iGaming industry with strong knowledge of gambling regulation is a major advantage. Proven track record of successful license applications in Tier 1 and Tier 2 jurisdictions. Established network and relationships with regulators and legal advisors in key jurisdictions. Strong knowledge of payments regulation and crypto asset licensing. Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Legal or regulatory background is a strong advantage. Passionate and enthusiastic about online gaming, crypto, and the influencer space. Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level. Employment type: Full‑time. Job function: Legal. #J-18808-Ljbffr
