Sales Strategy & Business PlanningDevelop and execute the vehicle sales strategy, annual sales targets, and implementation plans for the Spanish market, aligned with the company’s overall strategy;Define product mix, pricing strategy, sales rhythm, and dealer sales policies based on market conditions and competitive analysis;Conduct regular sales performance analysis and provide business insights and recommendations to management.2. Sales System & Process DevelopmentBuild the local vehicle sales organization, structure, roles, and responsibilities from 0–1;Establish sales processes, KPIs, target breakdown mechanisms, and performance management systems;Drive standardization and digitalization of sales operations through CRM, DMS, and sales reporting tools.Manage dealer sales performance, ensuring achievement of sales targets and healthy sell‑out;Monitor dealer inventory levels, sales efficiency, and price execution;Implement dealer incentive programs, sales policies, and commercial terms in coordination with HQ;Work closely with the Dealer Network and After Sales teams to ensure strong end‑to‑end dealer operations.4. Volume Delivery & Market ExpansionDrive vehicle sales volume, market penetration, and revenue growth;Support new model launches, sales campaigns, and regional market expansion;Coordinate with Marketing & PR teams to improve lead conversion and retail performance.5. Pricing, Inventory & Risk ManagementManage vehicle pricing discipline and prevent price erosion or channel conflicts;Oversee dealer inventory planning, stock turnover, and risk mitigation;Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to optimize vehicle supply, delivery timing, and cash efficiency.6.
