Be ready to work in an always exciting company and be part of a young, and dynamic team What You Will Do Compliance & Ethics : Assist in developing and implementing internal compliance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and compliance regulations. Commercial Agreements : Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier agreements, customer contracts, partnership agreements and licensing agreements. Consumer Law : Advise on consumer protection laws, including distance selling regulations, unfair commercial practices and dispute resolution mechanisms. E-commerce Compliance : Monitor and advise on legal developments related to e-commerce such as digital services regulations (DSA, DMA), product safety or artificial intelligence. Legal Research & Analysis : Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant legal issues, providing clear and concise legal advice to internal stakeholders. Dispute Resolution : Assist in managing legal disputes and pre-litigation matters, including negotiating settlements. What We’re Looking For 2 to 3 years of experience as a lawyer specialized mainly in digital law and with some knowledge on e-commerce Degree in Law with strong academic credentials Admitted to practise law in Spain Excellent level of English so that you are a fluent speaker and you may draft and review agreements in English too Open to provide legal guidance across a wide variety of legal issues to business stakeholders Passionate about fast growing companies and tech-driven businesses. Curiosity and interest to learn about the regulatory framework applicable to platforms Do note that all our jobs are Barcelona based.
