Sandoz is a global leader in biosimilar and generics medicines, committed to driving access to medicine worldwide. Our biosimilars have been used in clinical practice for 15 years, are available in 100 countries, and have over 730 million patients-days of experience.

We have two main global businesses:

  • Generics, divided between standard generics (mainly oral solids) and complex generics (including injectables, respiratory, and others).
  • Biosimilars, where we are the global pioneer, with eight marketed medicines and a rapidly growing pipeline now counting 24 molecules.

During the next 6 months, you can contribute to building the new Sandoz by supporting Sandoz Iberia as a Lean Six Sigma Operations Associate.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and execute Lean Six Sigma projects to improve processes and reduce defects.
  • Analyze data to identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.
  • Deploy Lean tools and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and reduce variability.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and workshops to drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach Green Belts and project team members on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Create and deliver training materials to build Lean Six Sigma capability within the organization.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track project success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving and process optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align process improvement projects with strategic goals.
  • Prepare detailed project reports and present findings to stakeholders.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement or related roles.
  • Extensive experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and tools, such as Value Stream Mapping and 5S.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical analysis software.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional improvement projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive change across various organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
