Overview Envíe su solicitud a continuación después de leer todos los detalles y la información de apoyo sobre esta oportunidad de trabajo.IMPRESCINDIBLE ADJUNTAR CVPor ello y por mucho más hemos sido certificados por Great Place to Work en 2025 We are looking for to hire a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our IT department.This role will be responsible for managing projects of different nature depending on business needs, including digital initiatives as well as fast-track internal projects.Responsibilities Lead projects adopting the Project Manager role, ensuring delivery within time, scope, and budget.Perform exhaustive tracking of projects, adhering to the company’s internal methodology, ensuring proper project documentation, understanding business requirements, and technical elements to be modified or created from scratch.Execute proof of concepts: Drive pilots and proof of concept initiatives to test business needs before launching a high-impact project, aligned with Sofinco methodology.Negotiation capabilities.Ability to understand and identify processes that need to be created or modified throughout the project, communicating them to both technical and business areas.Team coordination: Facilitate communication and cooperation between different technology department areas to ensure alignment and project success.Manage and interact with different providers involved in assigned projects; interact with technical areas such as Architecture, IT Operations, QA, Testing, and User-oriented support.Coordinate and support business units (stakeholders) and users; collaborate with various areas to support transversal initiatives.Technology knowledge: Salesforce, Microservices, APIs, Talend, WSO2.Lead projects using different technical components in technologies such as Salesforce, Microservices (Java, Spring Boot), APIs, Talend, WSO2.Collaborated on integration between systems (Cassiopae, Salesforce, Debt Manager) and external systems using APIs.Requirements Preferably a university degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.Between 3 and 5 years of experience in IT project management or service owner roles in technology departments.Spanish; English.Financial entities background in operations areas.Skills Excellent analytical and organizational skills.Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments.Orientation towards continuous improvement and innovation.Ability to work in dynamic and changing environments.What we offer Contrato indefinido con salario competitivo.Ser parte de una empresa joven y, a la vez, de un gran Grupo internacional, con una cultura basada en la cercanía y en el trabajo en equipo.Entrar en una empresa que es un Great Place to Work Te darás cuenta desde el primer momentoBeneficios sociales: tarjeta restaurante, seguro de salud, seguro de vida, ayuda para la educación de tus hijos.
