Senior Strategy & Operations Consultant – Life Sciences SectorBip is a growing international consulting firm that supports multinational companies in the Life Sciences sector with opportunity identification, access and commercial strategy design, and transformation of models that support strategy and value creation. From Madrid, you will work on national and international projects across Europe, Americas, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.What will be your challenge?The Life Sciences team collaborates with clients on analysis for decision‑making and solution design across the business and access value chain to maximize product penetration and create greater business impact. This includes opportunity assessment, competitive analysis, market access strategy, pricing and reimbursement, product lifecycle management, portfolio strategy, business excellence, organizational transformation and sustainability.ResponsibilitiesStructuring and supervision in the execution of consulting projectsTeam and client managementCompetitive analysis (benchmark)Search, analysis and synthesis of informationConducting quantitative and qualitative analysesPreparation of project deliverables and required documentationParticipation in project managementPreparation of presentations to senior managementKnowledge developmentProject types you will participate inPortfolio managementCommercial strategy and launch excellenceMarket access, pricing and reimbursement strategyLife cycle managementCommercial effectiveness and customer engagementDisease managementOrganizational transformationRequirementsProfessional experience of 3 to 4 years, at least 2 in business consulting or similar functions, including project and team managementGeneral knowledge of the Life Sciences sectorUniversity education and high level of Spanish and English.
