Provides continued care throughout the patient's medical journey. Educates and mentors Advanced Practice Provider I and additional clinical staff including, nursing, residents, fellows, and other healthcare interns and students.Advanced Practice Provider I: The starting annual salary for this title is $112,528 with an additional geographic differential of $8,510. This can also include a full comprehensive benefits package. Advanced Practice Provider II: The starting annual salary for this title is $124,614 with an additional geographic differential of $8,510. This can also include a full comprehensive benefits package.Qualifications: Required Education and Experience for Advanced Practice Provider I:Nurse Practitioner Educational Path:1. License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York; and2. Current New York State Nurse Practitioner certification; and3. Certification or eligibility for certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center or other national certifying body recognized by Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA); and4.
