Programmatic / DSP Business Developer (Hybrid/Remote in Spain)Join Tappx with Techsoulogy as a Programmatic / DSP Business Developer. Tappx is a fast‑growth AdTech company delivering digital advertising solutions for mobile, OTT/CTV, and desktop. The company’s proprietary technology helps publishers maximize ad revenues across mobile and OTT channels, offering brands and agencies increased trust and transparency.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze new opportunities: analyse and investigate the market to find potential candidates aligned with Tappx needs.Prospect new opportunities: actively prospect and connect with new potential demand clients via email, phone, virtual calls, etc.; qualify all new leads; track conversations with potential partners using the company’s CRM; support new initiative prospecting in CTV, Web, Rewarded, Contextual, etc.Close new partnerships: review contracts and negotiate terms and conditions; gather tech information needed for the integration process.Support the integration: take ownership of the integration process, coordinating conversations and actions between tech teams.Requirements5+ years experience in the programmatic advertising industry.Experience working with direct advertisers.Demonstrated data analysis capability.Tech savvy.Knowledge of industry KPIs is a plus.Consultative sales techniques.Knowledge of the digital marketing environment is an advantage.Knowledge and general skillsAdvanced use of Excel.Basic knowledge of CRM tools.Valuable master’s or bachelor’s degree.Knowledge of the digital marketing environment is an advantage.BenefitsIndefinite contract with competitive conditions.Flexible working hours with core time.Hybrid model in Barcelona & Madrid or 100% remote work within Spain.Private health insurance, mental health care, English or Spanish lessons.Continuous training & development budget.Healthy snacks, coffee, tea, arcade room, team‑building activities, internal talks, employee referral program.CSR initiatives, flexible compensation for transport, meals, kindergartens.#J-18808-Ljbffr
