More than 100 thousand customers rely on our solutions to accelerate their business activities while optimizing their operations.As a certified Trusted Service Provider, we control over 35 million documents and carry out more than 180 million signatures a year, guaranteeing security, compliance, and legal value.In France, you may know us as Universign (for electronic signatures) and VIALINK (for client onboarding and KYC).Today, more than 400 experts and passionate professionals, based in Paris, Barcelona, and Valencia, work every day towards our shared success.What you will do at Signaturit Ensure the smooth running of the company's IT systems and communications.Administer and monitor all systems and infrastructure.Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications.Guarantee the availability levels of systems and infrastructure.Manage and supervise all systems and infrastructure.Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, software, and management tools.Manage computer equipment (PCs, printers, peripherals).Proactively ensure availability levels in systems and infrastructure.Monitor and test application performance, identify solutions, and work with developers to implement fixes.Maintain backup strategies.Write automation scripts to increase system efficiency.Participate in system design.Provide level two and three support to users and colleagues.Collaborate with suppliers and colleagues to resolve problems.What we believe should contribute to your success in this context Experience in administration and troubleshooting Windows and Linux-based infrastructures.Solid knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.Knowledge of identity management in AAD.Solid knowledge of networks (OSI model, TCP/IP).Experience in layer 3 management (routers, firewalls, VLAN).Solid knowledge of hybrid cloud systems (Azure, AWS).Extensive knowledge of the main DevOps tools and familiarity with open-source technologies and cloud infrastructure services, including Microsoft Azure and AWS.Experience in virtualization and containers (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes).Solid scripting skills (PowerShell, Shell).Knowledge of storage management (Dell Unity, HP MSA).Experience in M365 tenant management and Exchange Online management.Valuable:Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks.Certifications in virtualization and/or networking.Languages: Fluent SpanishEnglish - B2 minimumIndicative Interview Process (may vary): HR Discovery Call (30 min)First interview with our business (direct report)Business caseSecond interview with feedback on the business caseReference checkWhy Join Us Flexible hybrid work setupFlexible working hoursHealth InsuranceMeal Vouchers (Ticket restaurants)Language classes in English or FrenchAccess to technical training platformsCelebrate your birthday with a day offJoin Our Vision Be part of Signaturit Group's journey to revolutionize digital transactions across Europe and beyond.
