We are looking for a R&D Projects Documentation Administrative A to join CMC Operations Development Department within Scientific Innovation Office Division at Instituto Grifols SA., company specialized in the research, development, and production of purified plasma proteins with therapeutic properties obtained from the fractionation of human plasma. The main mission will be to carry out administrative and support activities for the department in accordance with established procedures or instructions from your superior. What your responsibilities will be Performs tasks related to the organization and preservation of the archive of documents belonging to the organizational unit. Oversight and maintenance of the document and primary data archiving system for the R&D BCN department. Coordination of various activities within the R&D department. Coordination and control of cost controlling processes. Who you are To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
