**ACTIVITIES**
- Funded R&D projects developing further limits of Virtual Antenna® Technology.
- Virtual Antenna® Technology new product design.
- Interaction with partners for research projects.
- Optimizing design procedures for embedding Virtual Antenna into IoT devices.
- Monitor and analyze emerging industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive innovations to provide strategic insights and recommendations that inform and shape the company’s technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with future market demands and business objectives.

**EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND**
- Ph.D in Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering

**SKILLS**
- 3 years of industry experience beyond Ph.D in the field of IoT/wireless.
- Experienced in radiofrequency design & electronics for IoT and wireless devices.
- Comprehensive understanding and insight into the physical behaviour of antennas and microwave networks and systems.
- Deep knowledge of electromagnetic and microwave simulators (CST, Microwave Office - Cadence, Optenni-Lab, )
- Advanced user of Measurement equipment: vector network analyzers, anechoic chambers, spectrum analyzers, field-testers.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic for new challenges.
- Willing to work in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Patient, optimistic, methodical, and positive attitude.
- Ability to interact and communicate fluently in English with other team members.
- Proactive and autonomous.
- Able to manage projects according to plan, deliverables, and financial budget.
