We are seeking for an experienced sales representative and product developer to maximize sales and profit of the assigned Enza Zaden customer base with the existing product portfolio and realizing product development from the Introduction phase on. This is why you want to join us as a Sales Representative & Product developer As a Sales Representative and Product Developer, you maximize sales and profit with the existing product portfolio. Responsible for the budget, forecast, and pricing within the assigned group of customers and area of responsibility. Responsible for the development and maintenance of business relationships with customers. Responsible for the development of customer plans to ensure proper implementation and execution of the tactical plans. You identify new promising experimental varieties from local screening and global Breeding. Collect market and customer data and supply to the intelligence team. Focus on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships and troubleshooting specific customer problems. As a Sales Representative & Product Developer, you have a good understanding of how the industry works. You remain up to date about the developments and trends in the market. Minimum of bachelor’s degree. Excellent sales skills (gains trust, establishes a business objective, identifies customer needs, explores solutions, develops action plans, and overcomes objections through negotiation). Professional, assertive, with clear communication skills (verbal and written). Strong skills in planning and organization, influencing/persuading and you have strong management skills.
