Job Description The Europe I2C Director is primarily responsible for the end‑to‑end (E2E) delivery and implementation of I2C services for the region by coordinating the Transaction‑to‑Invoice Billing, cash collection teams and Genpact resources to ensure the delivery of the key metrics and business objectives. The role drives the transformation agenda, encourages and supports standardisation, a culture of process improvement and the outsourcing of all possible activities to Genpact. Secure the integrity and compliance of all systems and processes associated with the declaration, master data, pricing, invoicing and collections of the Customer portfolio. The Europe I2C Director will be responsible for regional management of the outsourced Service Provider (Genpact) ensuring that services are in line with contract obligations and that delivery meets the business needs and expectations. Work with the Strategy & IS teams on prioritisation of the strategic initiative pipeline to secure fit‑for‑purpose change management, risk assessment and implementation plans. Key Accountabilities Provide leadership, coaching and motivation to a wide range of professionals to achieve world‑class results and high‑performance levels on the Pulse survey. Oversee the full Invoice Production process – both automated and manual – to secure compliant, timely, and accurate invoices for dispatch to customers, cash application, credit control, trade debtor cash collection, and related processes. Ensure accuracy & integrity of customer master, pricing data and customer declaration processing. Work with regional Genpact counterpart in delivering outsourced model efficiency and automation initiatives, resolving issues and ensuring compliance with Brambles accounting policies. Drive continuous process improvement, coordinate with Genpact Group Financial Controller and other Regional Service Delivery Managers to share best practice, design and implement global standardisation and automation, and eliminate/minimise non‑value‑add activities for in‑scope I2C activities. Partner with Genpact Group Financial Controller and stakeholders to reach and maintain outsourcing levels towards peer group best‑practice levels for I2C. Develop metrics to monitor and measure the effectiveness of end‑to‑end performance (outside of contractual KPIs and CPIs). Review regional I2C performance metrics / key SLAs to ensure service levels are met. Budget / forecast responsibility and commentary on variances for Trade Debtor, Unbilled Revenue and Doubtful debts lines of the Cash Flow Statement. Act as a key point of contact and communicate proactively with Business and Finance Leaders about I2C matters, ensuring the business is educated on the appropriate channels for logging and tracking issues. Deliver excellent rating levels on all audits – both internal (Brambles AENOR) and external audits for the I2C activities. Secure Business Continuity Plans for all core processes to guarantee continuity of the business in the event of unforeseen disruptions. Support the IT function in delivering projects, including reviewing scheduling and provisioning of adequate resources for quality assurance. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance or equivalent.
