Description The Store Trainer will be responsible for effectively delivering and executing all training projects in their area of responsibility. This role will coach and facilitate in-store, one-to-one, and classroom Business Trainings (Face2Face and virtual). This position will be accountable for influencing business results through effective delivery of training, onboarding, and coaching. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities The Store Trainer will manage the training activities for their specifically assigned scope of work.The primary training activities will include: DELIVERY o Deliver/Facilitate One-to-one, classroom, meeting, in store trainingo Ability to adapt style and methodology to meet the audiences needso Create a positive learning environment/culture CONSULTANT o Be the “Training Expert ” and partner for the Store Manager and the Retail Area Managero Provide effective recommendations and solutions to meet Business Training needs PERFORMANCE o Monitor the Training KPIs according to the global frame work (NPS, Retention, Behaviours, ROTI)o Monitor & Analyse Business KPIs in order to identify learning solutions to impact sales COACHING o Strong ability to identify and leverage coaching moments to change behaviors and improve performanceo Ability to adjust style and approach to coach at any level SELLING EXPERTISE (experience in a selling environment)o Confident and experienced at sellingo Strong ability to “read” customers and uncover needs o Ability to
