Job DescriptionBuscamos un Ingeniero de IA de Google Cloud apasionado por la IA generativa y con experiencia en la creación de agentes conversacionales inteligentes. En este puesto, estarás a la vanguardia de la innovación, utilizando tecnologías como Vertex AI Agent Builder, large language models (LLM), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LangChain y LangGraph, entre otros, para desarrollar soluciones conversacionales de vanguardia en la plataforma Google Cloud. Responsabilidades Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar agentes conversacionales inteligentes utilizando Vertex AI Agent Builder. Integrar LLMs de Google Cloud y de terceros en agentes conversacionales para mejorar la comprensión del lenguaje natural y la generación de respuestas. Implementar técnicas de RAG para conectar agentes conversacionales con fuentes de datos externas y proporcionar respuestas precisas y contextualizadas. Utilizar LangChain y LangGraph para construir flujos de conversación complejos y orquestar la interacción entre diferentes componentes de IA. Optimizar el rendimiento y la escalabilidad de los agentes conversacionales en Google Cloud. Aplicar las mejores prácticas de ingeniería de prompts para mejorar la calidad y la eficiencia de las interacciones con LLMs. Colaborar con diseñadores de UX y otros ingenieros para crear experiencias de usuario atractivas e intuitivas. Mantenerse al día con las últimas investigaciones y tendencias en IA generativa. Qualifications Experiencia práctica en el desarrollo de agentes conversacionales o chatbots. Sólida comprensión de los conceptos de IA generativa, incluyendo LLMs, RAG y modelos de diálogo. Experiencia con Vertex AI Agent Builder, Dialogflow o plataformas similares. Familiaridad con herramientas y frameworks como LangChain y LangGraph. Fuertes habilidades de programación en Python. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo. Nivel de inglés alto tanto a nivel oral como escrito. Additional Information Experiencia con Google Cloud Platform y sus servicios de IA.Conocimiento de técnicas de procesamiento del lenguaje natural (NLP).Experiencia en el desarrollo de aplicaciones con LLMs de Google, como PaLM.Certificaciones de Google Cloud.Contribuciones a proyectos de código abierto relacionados con la IA generativa o agentes conversacionales.
