EnROJAS | contractnos dedicamos al diseño de interiores abordando desde la arquitectura interior, pavimentos, revestimientos, armarios, cabezales, mesitas, puertas, todo aquello que necesita un hotel. Especializados en el mobiliario de habitaciones de hotel y decoración nos encargamos de ejecutar el proyecto de inicio a fin. Totalmente enfocados en el sector contract desde hace más de 30 años nos ha permitido tener una experiencia y una cantidad de hoteles que nos dan la experiencia y know-how para afrontar muchos proyectos hoteleros más. Disponemos de una división de Llaves en Mano, donde afrontamos la reforma integral de las habitaciones del hotel permitiendo un solo interlocutor con nuestro cliente final y abordando cada uno de los detalles del proyecto. Gracias a la creatividad y pasión de nuestro equipo, capaz de concebir proyectos de gran calidad tanto en reforma como obra nueva somos una empresa de referencia en el sector.Para seguir creciendo en múltiples proyectos hoteleros estamos buscando un / a : Desarrollador de mobiliarioComoProject Managerde proyectos de carpintería en ROJAS | contract, serás el responsable de coordinar y supervisar proyectos hoteleros desde la toma de medidas hasta la entrega final, asegurando la correcta ejecución en tiempo, coste y calidad. Tus tareas diarias incluirán la supervisión de los proyectos de montaje en tiempo y coste, interlocución con el cliente en todo momento tanto con el cliente como con el equipo de montaje.Capacidad organizativa y de supervisión de obra en tiempo y formaExperiencia en gestión de proyectos de reforma o nueva construcción (Especialmente en hoteles)Habilidades adicionales la proactividad, la atención al detalle, la capacidad para trabajar en equipo y compromiso con el proyecto serán muy valoradas.Para ocupar el puesto se requiere conocimientos previos y experiencia en el sector para una fácil adaptabilidad del puesto.Realización de pedidos de compra (Relacionados con el montaje)Verificación de mobiliario mandado a desarrollar están contabilizadas en el presupuesto.Control de obra y posibles desviaciones con resoluciones inmediatasPuesto de trabajo estable.Jornada completa.Formar parte de un equipo joven y dinámico con un excelente ambiente de trabajo.Fabricación de muebles a medida y artículos para hoteles#J-18808-Ljbffr
