Hotel Sourcing Manager The Hotel Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing hotel sourcing strategies that align with the organization’s goals. This role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that procurement activities meet the company's cost, quality, and delivery requirements. The Sourcing Manager will collaborate closely with various departments, including operations, finance, and logistics, to optimize the supply chain and support overall business objectives. Responsibilities Research, identify, and select key hotels and hotel groups that match the company’s quality, location, and pricing criteria. Analyze market trends, hotel performance, and customer preferences to adjust sourcing and contracting strategies. Negotiate new hotel contracts and contract renewals for the assigned territories, ensuring the greatest availability with the shortest release period.
