Store Director

We are partnering with a luxury fashion house seeking an experienced and service-driven Store Director to lead its boutique in Madrid. This role offers the opportunity to work within a confidential luxury retail environment defined by craftsmanship, heritage, and elevated customer experience, where attention to detail and discretion are paramount. The Role As Store Director, you will have full ownership of the boutique's performance, overseeing client experience, commercial results, and operational excellence while upholding the highest service standards.
