Location: Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain.Direct message the job poster from PropHero.The RoleAs a Real Estate Lawyer , you will lead and support the legal structuring, execution, and oversight of complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and development projects. You will work closely with the Head of Legal and partner with teams across the business to enable growth while managing legal and regulatory risk. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a hyper-growth company, where legal is viewed as a strategic enabler of the business.How you will shape PropHeroLead and support the legal structuring, execution, and oversight of complex real estate transactions , including acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.Draft, review, and negotiate high-complexity real estate and commercial agreements across multiple jurisdictions , ensuring risk mitigation, enforceability, and alignment with business strategy.Partner closely with the Head of Legal and senior leadership to shape legal strategy, anticipate risks, and support long-term business objectives .Own and continuously improve regulatory and compliance frameworks related to real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations and proactively advising on regulatory developments.Act as a trusted legal partner to Sales, Operations, Finance, and Investment teams , providing commercially minded legal advice that enables growth.Lead the resolution of complex legal issues and disputes arising from real estate transactions and ongoing operations, coordinating and managing external counsel where required.Design, implement, and optimize legal processes, templates, and playbooks to support scalable real estate operations across markets.Manage external legal advisors , setting clear standards for legal quality, efficiency, and business alignment.What will make you successfulExperience & expertise: Minimum 5 years of professional experience , with strong specialization in Real Estate law . Previous in-house experience within a real estate or investment environment is a strong plus.Jurisdictional knowledge: Solid understanding of Spanish real estate law and regulatory frameworks.Skills: Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills .Language: Advanced English (written and spoken).
