Responsabilidades Apoyar al Project Manager en la gestión y coordinación de los equipos de diseño durante la fase inicial del proyecto. Liderar la gestión de diseño como especialista en instalaciones mecánicas y eléctricas : HVAC PCI BMS fontanería electricidad seguridad CCTV entre otras. Actuar como interlocutor principal con los especialistas mecánicos y eléctricos de los equipos implicados (cliente ingeniería consultores). Coordinar junto al Construction Manager la ejecución en obra asegurando la correcta integración de instalaciones y obra civil. Gestionar y coordinar a contratistas y dirección facultativa en las actividades relacionadas con su especialidad. Apoyar en la gestión de licitaciones y contrataciones. Colaborar en el control de costes y gestión de cambios en su área. Supervisar el cumplimiento contractual plazos calidad (a través de DF) y seguridad (a través del CSS) en las actividades de su especialidad. Coordinar las actividades de Commissioning en colaboración con el Cx Manager. Qualifications Titulación: Ingeniería Industrial con especialidad en Mecánica-Eléctrica o equivalente. Idiomas: Español (obligatorio) / Inglés (deseable). Experiencia: Más de 5 años en funciones similares. Herramientas: Manejo avanzado de software especializado CAD y Revit. Tipo de proyectos: Construcción de Thalasso SPA y edificios hoteleros. Disponibilidad: Para viajar y trabajar en Oropesa y alrededores.
