Our client is a major multinational manufacturing company that is currently undergoing rapid expansion. INSIDE SALES ENGINEER Reporting to the International Sales Director and working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and compiling technical bids for international projects and following up on them. At the same time, you will monitor all sales orders from the company's international customers, manage and control order returns, and manage and control incidents. You will be responsible for monitoring the entire process, from pre-sales to product delivery and after-sales follow-up. You will work closely with the supply, technical, R&D, and manufacturing departments. Assist in resolving customer claims efficiently. Collaborate with engineers and product management to customize solutions for customers. Process and validate orders with factories and sub-suppliers. Advise existing customers on product selection and share feedback with internal teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire process, from pre-sales to product delivery and after-sales follow-up. You will work closely with the supply, technical, R&D, and manufacturing departments. We are looking for a candidate with an M.Sc. or B.Sc. in an engineering field and experience in a similar position. Experience in flow control and a background related to valves will be valued. Because we work in a global matrix organization, the ideal candidate should have demonstrated success in a similar environment and possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish and English.
