Apply now and join SD Worx on this exciting journeyWe are seeking an HR Operations Senior Specialist - Finnish to join our newly created team in Spain. This role is ideally based from Malaga or Granada but we are open to other individuals close to our other offices in Madrid and Barcelona.About the roleAs the HR Operations Senior Specialist, you will play a critical role in leading the HR operations BPO services for our newly created SAP MPS (Managed Payroll Services) and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) service organization. This role includes delivery assurance with high-quality operational support across various HR areas, but not limited to, time management, benefits management, pensions, insurances and garnishments. You will be responsible for orchestrating service delivery for customers within the team and ensuring seamless execution of tasks.As a subject matter expert (SME) you will provide guidance, mentorship and training to the medior team members, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence. Furthermore, this role supports in defining and establishing global and local standard processes. You will also support design, implementation, and maintenance of global payroll and HR business process standards. A key focus will be driving continuous improvement labai localization activities, managing process deviations, and recommending optimal solutions to meet both client and organizational needs.Additionally, you will be instrumental in contributing to the local target operating model (TOM), country-specific operating models, and guiding the development of key operational documentation and training materials.Which tasks can you expect?Support in HR transformation projects focused on process optimization, technology enhancements, and improving the employee experience.Support in the design, definition and implementation of global and local process standards for BPO HR services, ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with industry best practices.Provide expertise in client and country-level discussions regarding legal driven process deviations, aligning processes with global standards, and proposing solutions that address both local and global requirements.Identify and lead continuous process improvement initiatives by spotting optimization opportunities in country-specific processes.Assess process deviations, determine their impact, and approve or reject them. Recommend the most appropriate solutions that ensure alignment with global standards.Lead the creation and development of the Local Target Operating Model (TOM), collaborating with global teams to build country operating models that integrate global and local standards and best practices.Ensure that global and local process standards are clearly understood, implemented, and adhered to by country teams, while offering flexibility to accommodate client specific requirements.Manage the maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and other critical process documentation to ensure consistency across regions adhering to agreed local deviations.Support in the development and implementation of comprehensive training plans for new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about global and local standards,លេខ operating models, and process documentation.Maintain strong communicationkoliko key stakeholders, including country teams and clients, to ensure the consistent application of global and local standards, procedures, and process changes.Continuously monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies to recommend process enhancements that maintain competitive advantages.Serve as the final escalation point for complex cases and support the akun teams in providing the appropriate resolution and ensuring client satisfaction.Support with change order management for internal applications, liaising with third parties for third-party change request management where applicable.Qualifications & Requirements5 – 8 years of experience in the HR and Payroll outsourcing within an enterprise business outsourcing environment.Strong knowledge of HR processes such as, but not limited to, time tracking, benefits management, pensions, garnishments, and insurance.Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management, and HR compliance and regulations.Experience in managing client relationships and delivering HR services to multinational clients.Strong knowledge with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPI measurement and reporting.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and collaborate across teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meetவில்லை client needs impeditively.Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks for the team effectivelyقيقية, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on driving improvements in HR processes.Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), fluent in farklı English and Finnish is essential.Skills considered an assetExperience in a Payroll and BPO outsourcing environment is preferred.Certification such as CPP, CPS or CPM is a plus.Experience eivät with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, Call Centre technology, HR analytics bağlantı kube and automation tools is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.About SD WorxFrom many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.SD Worx embraces diversity in the workplace.
